Henderson Cashmere AS (Norwegian VAT nr NO 990 602 603), address: O. H. Bangsvei 17, 1363 Høvik, Norway. Henderson Cashmere reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to the Henderson Cashmere website on www.henderson.no, covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters online with Henderson Cashmere AS, hereinafter referred to as Henderson Cashmere. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated continuously, therefore we ask you to read the terms and conditions before every order you place at the website.

If you are under 18, you must have parental permission to order from us. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18. Henderson Cashmere presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.henderson.no submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.

 

2 Products and Pricing

The prices at our website constitute the total price (including local VAT), but do not include delivery costs.

Henderson Cashmere reserves the right to update errors that may relate to product information, pricing, and availability without prior notice, as well as the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. We apologize for any inconvenience. The images taken of garments on the Henderson Cashmere website may differ slightly from the true article due to conditions beyond our control, such as color deviations caused by the screen used to view the object. Our objective is to portray our garments as accurately as possible.

 

3 Order and Confirmation

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Henderson Cashmere to the e-mail address you submitted at checkout. This order confirmation also serves as proof of guarantee for full payment. If an item becomes unavailable before the status has been correctly updated on the website, Henderson Cashmere will notify you by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item or cancel the order in question and refund your purchase.

 

4 Payment

Payment is possible in the currencies set out at the website. Payment is currently made in Norwegian kroner (NOK) for shipments to Norway, and Euro (€) for shipments outside of Norway. Payment can be carried out by credit or debit cards, or any of the other payment options offered on our site as available in each country.

 

5 Shipping

Normal dispatch from Henderson Cashmere takes place within 1-2 days. In the event Henderson Cashmere is not able to deliver within the agreed time, the customer will be informed promptly with the reasons for the delay. In the event of delayed delivery, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost. 

Please note: all ‘on-forwarding’ options used to complete your delivery, including but not limited to arranging for your parcel to be delivered to a neighbor or left in a safe place, voids the liability of Henderson Cashmere in the event items ordered from Henderson Cashmere are lost, damaged, or delayed.

 

Shipping within Norway
Henderson Cashmere offers free shipping on all orders within Norway. Your order will be sent by Posten or Bring to your closest service point. Notification will be sent via SMS (your mobile phone number is required before you complete your purchase at checkout). If a mobile phone number is not listed on your order, a delivery notification via postal mail will be issued. Valid ID and the notification number stated in your SMS or letter must be presented when picking up the shipment.

 

International shipping
International orders are shipped by DHL Express and delivered to the address specified at checkout. 

* Shipping within the EU, Switzerland, the UK and the US: Free shipping

* Shipping to the rest of the world: 25 € (EUR)

We ship on a DDP basis to the following countries, meaning all relevant taxes and duties will be included in your final purchase price: EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, the UK and the US.

For orders to the rest of the world, local taxes and duties may apply. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Unclaimed shipments
To cover costs, Henderson Cashmere charges NOK 300/EUR 30 for any unclaimed orders shipped by us. If you have ordered an item and changed your mind after having it picked up, you may return the package to us and be refunded for the returned item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Read more about the terms of purchase in Returns below.

 

6 Returns

You may return the goods to us by any secure means within 14 days (beginning on the day you receive your item). Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging with all hangtags attached. Please note that the original packaging is counted as part of the product. Be careful when you try on the products at home, some are especially fragile. Henderson Cashmere reserves the right to refuse a refund on damaged items returned to us.

 

Returns within the EU, the UK, the US and Switzerland
Included with your delivery is a return form and a return shipping label. To make a return, please fill in the return form and pack your goods the same way as you received them. Enclose the return form and put the return shipping label on the outside of the package. Submit the package at your closest service point. Please note that return shipping will be deducted from your refund when making a return. 

We will contact you via email when we have processed your return. If you are missing your return shipping label or have questions regarding replacements and returns, please contact us on customerservice@henderson.no.

 

Returns for orders from rest of the world
For international returns and exchanges, please contact us at customerservice@henderson.no and we will provide you the details.

 

Exchange policy
When exchanging a garment, a new order needs to be placed. Follow the return instructions above to get the initial order refunded and then place a new order at www.henderson.no  

 

Refunds

A refund will be made once the goods have been returned and received in their original condition. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser, with the same payment method as was used when placing the order. The refund normally reaches the customer’s account within 5 business days. Please note that return shipping will be deducted from your refund when making a return. 

The following amount will be deducted from the refund total when making a return or exchange:


* EU: 20 EUR
* Switzerland: 25 EUR
* Norway: 200 NOK
* The US: 30 EUR
* The UK: 20 EUR

* Rest of the world: 30 EUR

 

7 Faulty Goods

Henderson Cashmere guarantees goods free from errors at delivery. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact Customer Service on customerservice@henderson.no as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. Please note that items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All complaints must be approved by Henderson Cashmere before the goods are sent back. Faulty items will be refunded or exchanged with a new item within 2 to 3 weeks. If you choose to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that replacement is subject to availability.

 

8 Damaged Goods and Missing Packages

Damaged goods
If the package is damaged upon receipt, please report immediately to the post representative where it was picked up. As a customer, you have no obligation to accept damaged goods. Hidden damage should be reported within seven working days of receipt. Please contact our Support Team on customerservice@henderson.no and explain the damage. Always save the original packaging.

 

Missing packages
In the event all or any part of your order from Henderson Cashmere does not arrive, please report promptly to your local post representative and contact our Support Team at customerservice@henderson.no
